1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the myECO Super Platform or utilizing our proprietary AIoT hardware (including but not limited to Smart Breakers, Plugs, and Gateway Nodes), you enter into a legally binding agreement with PT Solusi Efisiensi Bersama.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Usage of our dashboard, firmware, or APIs constitutes your acknowledgement of our data sovereignty protocols and operational guidelines.

2. Service Scope & Provisioning

myECO provides an orchestration layer for residential, retail, and industrial energy infrastructure. Our services include:

• Real-time telemetry and forensic energy monitoring (Wh/kWh).
• Automated logic execution and remote device control.
• ESG compliance reporting and sustainability data auditing.

3. Hardware Installation & Liability

myECO is not liable for hardware malfunctions, electrical fires, or system downtime resulting from:

• Improper physical installation not following the provided technical manuals.
• Unauthorized modification of the proprietary device firmware.
• Instability in the user's local network (ISP) or utility grid (PLN).

4. Account Security & RBAC

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) credentials. Any orchestration command executed via your account—whether automated or manual—is your sole responsibility.

We recommend periodic password updates and the use of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where available. You must notify us immediately at admin@myeco.id upon any unauthorized access detection.

5. Intellectual Property

The myECO Core OS, the dashboard interface design, our proprietary hardware designs, and all associated firmware are the exclusive property of PT Solusi Efisiensi Bersama.

LICENSE_RESTRICTION: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Reverse-engineering of firmware or unauthorized scraping of API telemetry is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (including UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 as amended by UU No. 19 Tahun 2016 regarding Electronic Information and Transactions).

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.

7. Subscription & Termination

Access to enterprise modules (GIS Mapping, Predictive Analytics, ESG Reporting) is subject to an active subscription tier. myECO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate operational safety protocols or fail to maintain valid billing statuses.
